How Garment Billing Works

Steam Pressing: Billed strictly per garment (shirts, trousers, kurtas, sarees).
Wash & Fold Laundry: Billed per kilogram of dry weight. Minimum weight requirement (typically 3–4 kg) applies for batch hygiene.
Dry Cleaning: Billed per piece depending on fabric complexity and suit pieces (2-pc / 3-pc / blazer).
Specialist & Bridal Outfits: Sherwanis, heavily embellished lehengas, and pashmina shawls require pre-service inspection before final rate quote.

Pickup, Delivery & Turnaround

Turnaround Time: Standard steam press: 24–48 hours. Laundry: 24–48 hours. Dry clean: 48–72 hours.
Doorstep Logistics: Pickup and delivery are arranged across Gurugram sectors subject to slot availability.
Payment Mode: Simple, transparent payment upon garment handover via UPI or Cash. No online prepayments required.
Special Stains: Please notify us of oil, wine, or ink marks beforehand so our specialists can test spot-treatment safety.
